Alexandre Silva Fernandes

Alexandre Silva Fernandes is a legislative analyst and journalist at the Rio de Janeiro City Council and holds a master’s degree in Communication from the Fluminense Federal University (UFF). He has a degree in Social Communication from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF) and a bachelor’s degree in Law from the Vianna Júnior Faculty of Legal and Social Sciences.

With experience at press outlets and public bodies such as the Juiz de Fora city government and the Brazilian Air Force, he researches institutional communication, politics, electoral systems, political representation, electoral campaigns, war and defense.
