PhD Student (Communication, UFF)
Gabriella da Costa is a PhD student in Communication at the Fluminense Federal University (UFF), holds a master’s degree in Communication and Contemporary Culture from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA) and a bachelor’s degree in Social Communication from the University of Brasília (UnB).
She is part of the Center for Advanced Studies in Digital Democracy and E-Government (CEADD) and the Center for Studies in Technology and Politics (CTPOL), with research on digital democracy and political communication. She has worked in Federal Government ministries (Health, Environment and National Integration) and provided services to NGOs and international organizations. She is currently a researcher at the Institute for Technology and Society (ITS-Rio).
